Stephen Long of HVAC plus was above & beyond… my Combo AC/furnace died over July 4th wknd & I was told by a contractor that I needed to fully replace the system. Stephen came out a few days later & FIXED the HVAC for 10% the cost of the replacement - and did it in the midst of a mind boggling heat wave. I would highly recommend Stephen. We wanted to add Central air conditioning to a house that we recently remodeled we had three bids . Steve’s was the most comprehensive by far. He knows what he’s doing. We decided on a full ducted system with two air handlers and a large capacity mini split for the second floor. Steve suggested for a little extra money we could put in heat pumps as well as AC. We’re so glad that we did because we saved a lot of money this winter over our old oil system and the AC works great even on the hottest days.

Our AC ducts were very old and inefficient. HVAC plus replaced ducts and our electric bill is much lower. He also installed 3 mini splits. I highly recommend Stephen he is very knowledgeable, reliable and very kind.

During the most recent June heat wave in the Northeast, we had our A/C compressor stop powering up (Murphy's Law of course!) We contacted HVAC Plus LLC and Steve was extremely responsive and indicated that he would schedule a service call as quickly as his existing scheduled appointments would allow. He kept in contact during the week and arrived a day ahead of time in the afternoon after his day's work had been completed. He diagnosed the electrical contactor issue in under 30 minutes and had the compressor powered back up quickly. He then completed service and routine cleaning to the outside and inside units to ensure reliable operation. Can't say enough about how awesome he was handling our issue given the crazy workload during the 95+F temperatures. We will contact him for our annual service calls going forward!
